HIFAM Technology's policy on "responsible mineral procurement"

本政策適用于海樺科技所有的組織，是為了實(shí)現(xiàn)海樺科技建立負(fù)責(zé)任的礦物采購供應(yīng)鏈的目標(biāo)。

This policy is applicable to all organizations of HIFAM Science and Technology. It aims to achieve the goal of HIFAM Science and Technology to establish a responsible mineral procurement supply chain.

為反映海樺科技企業(yè)倫理綱領(lǐng)中的價(jià)值觀，海樺科技申明，抑制向糾紛，嚴(yán)重的人權(quán)侵害或環(huán)境污染的支持，原產(chǎn)于爭端地區(qū)以及高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)的礦物，可持續(xù)且負(fù)責(zé)任礦物采購作為目標(biāo)。

In order to reflect the values in the ethical program of HIFAM Science and Technology, HIFAM Science and Technology states that sustainable and responsible mineral procurement is the goal of curbing support for disputes, serious human rights violations or environmental pollution, and minerals originating in disputed areas and high-risk areas.

海樺科技為了運(yùn)營負(fù)責(zé)任的供應(yīng)鏈，而采取本政策。

HIFAM Technology adopts this policy in order to operate a responsible supply chain.

· 海樺科技認(rèn)識到為建立負(fù)責(zé)任的供應(yīng)鏈，對來自爭端地區(qū)以及高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)的礦物采購進(jìn)行調(diào)查是一個(gè)持續(xù)的過程。因此，海樺科技將在商業(yè)上合理的范圍內(nèi)盡最大的努力，以確保在供應(yīng)鏈中可持續(xù)且負(fù)責(zé)任礦物。

· HIFAM Technology recognizes that in order to establish a responsible supply chain, it is an ongoing process to investigate mineral procurement from dispute areas and high-risk areas. Therefore, HIFAM Technology will try its best to ensure sustainable and responsible minerals in the supply chain within a commercially reasonable scope.

· 為了達(dá)成這個(gè)目的，海樺科技將制定礦物采購的調(diào)查程序。海樺科技期待其供應(yīng)商能負(fù)責(zé)地辨明包括礦物在內(nèi)的所有輸入物資的來源。

· In order to achieve this goal, HIFAM Technology will develop an investigation procedure for mineral procurement. HIFAM Technology expects its suppliers to be responsible for identifying the source of all imported materials, including minerals.

· 海樺科技將向供應(yīng)商傳達(dá)海樺科技對供應(yīng)商對其自身的來自于爭端地區(qū)以及高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)的礦物供應(yīng)鏈實(shí)施合理調(diào)查的要求。海樺科技將在和供應(yīng)商簽訂的，適用且受監(jiān)控的商業(yè)合同、書面合意書以及供應(yīng)商評價(jià)書中，加入其供應(yīng)鏈政策以及調(diào)查程序，包括，在認(rèn)為必要時(shí)，在未預(yù)先通知的情況下對供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行抽樣檢查以及取得其文件。

· HIFAM Technology will communicate to suppliers that HIFAM Technology requires suppliers to conduct reasonable investigation on their own mineral supply chain from dispute areas and high-risk areas. HIFAM Technology will include its supply chain policies and investigation procedures in applicable and monitored commercial contracts, written agreements and supplier evaluation letters signed with suppliers, including sampling inspection of suppliers and obtaining their documents without prior notice when deemed necessary.

· 海樺科技為了使供應(yīng)商出售給海樺科技的產(chǎn)品或者原材料中不包含糾紛，嚴(yán)重的人權(quán)侵害或環(huán)境污染的支持被進(jìn)行的礦物，海樺科技將和其供應(yīng)商協(xié)同在供應(yīng)鏈中實(shí)施合理的管理，以追蹤來自爭端地區(qū)以及高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)的礦物的來源。此外，如果海樺科技發(fā)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)商沒有遵守其供應(yīng)鏈政策以及調(diào)查程序，第一步將是和他們一起通過更正行動計(jì)劃使他們遵守。海樺科技將不與不配合達(dá)到其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的供應(yīng)商合作。

· HIFAM Technology will cooperate with its suppliers to implement reasonable management in the supply chain to track the source of minerals from dispute areas and high-risk areas in order to ensure that the products or raw materials sold to HIFAM Technology by suppliers do not contain minerals that are supported by disputes, serious human rights violations or environmental pollution. In addition, if HIFAM Technology finds that suppliers have failed to comply with their supply chain policies and investigation procedures, the first step will be to work with them to make them comply through corrective action plans. HIFAM Technology will not cooperate with suppliers who do not meet its standards.

· 達(dá)到礦物的完全的可追蹤性需要時(shí)間、業(yè)界全體的努力以及供應(yīng)鏈所有階段的配合。這主要是因?yàn)榻饘俚闹圃煲约颁N售方法非常復(fù)雜以及，來自很多不同原產(chǎn)地的礦石可以混合，因此，增加了進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品的追蹤調(diào)查所需要的努力。所有這些又因?yàn)楫?dāng)?shù)氐牡鼐壵瘟α康幕顒觿萘Χ訌?fù)雜。這些原因使得產(chǎn)業(yè)界規(guī)模的配合成為實(shí)現(xiàn)全社會的負(fù)責(zé)任的來源辨別的最重要因素。海樺科技強(qiáng)烈鼓勵(lì)其供應(yīng)商遵守現(xiàn)有的實(shí)施有負(fù)責(zé)任礦物采購的國際框架。

· Achieving full traceability of minerals requires time, the efforts of all members of the industry and the cooperation of all stages of the supply chain. This is mainly because the manufacturing and marketing methods of metals are very complex and ores from many different origins can be mixed. Therefore, the efforts required for product tracking and investigation are increased. All these are further complicated by the active forces of local geopolitical forces. These reasons make the cooperation of industry scale the most important factor to realize the responsible source identification of the whole society. HIFAM Technology strongly encourages its suppliers to comply with the existing international framework for responsible mineral procurement.

· 海樺科技致力于實(shí)現(xiàn)負(fù)責(zé)任的來自爭端地區(qū)以及高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)的礦物供應(yīng)鏈。因此，海樺科技正努力推行一套系統(tǒng)以及程序，以使我們確信與海樺科技合作的供應(yīng)商是負(fù)責(zé)任的供應(yīng)商。

· HIFAM Technology is committed to achieving a responsible mineral supply chain from dispute areas and high-risk areas. Therefore, HIFAM Technology is striving to implement a set of systems and procedures to ensure that the suppliers we cooperate with are responsible suppliers.
